General Terms

The Paying Guest shall not cause any disturbance at any time and may permit guests or any outsider to enter the flat only with the permission of the Owner.

Any Disturbance caused may not be entertained with false effects security amount will be non-refundable in the case.

security amount will not be refunded if without information the guest leaves the premises or suddenly ask to vacant time span for 3 months stay is mandatory and 1 month prior (from the date of check in, information is required before leaving. Check-out Date Should be the same as check-in date.

After checkout the security amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days via NEFT or IMPS.

Any guest pay inclusive of meals thereafter excludes, is liable to pay the difference amount for room.

in case of off day in emergency for meal the guest will have to manage there self, owner is not liable to pay or manage. Such cases shall beinformed before only

Notice to vacant will only be accepted in written for one month prior from the rent date only.

Electricity bill at the time of vacant shall be cleared along with any other damages if any(Eg.,Dirty walls or any other paint issue, Locks, lost keys etc.)
