General Terms

It is clearly agreed and understood that (i the Paying Guest have been given the keys to the entrance door of the flat & even to the room that is allocated to them for their temporary use. (ii Rent & others bills shall be paid timely, If rent is delayed for more than Four days security will not be refunded. (iii No family/outsider is allowed for stay in PG. iv) If any guest stays after the due day per days charges of Rs. 1200/- will be charged and also can book directly on daily basis.
